Identify Component (Mosfet?) from Lenovo Battery

Hi,

I´ve a replacement Lenovo Battery with liquid damage

The component (I believe) a Mosfet is gone and I can´t find anything online. The marking is: 3108H1 D54FHJ
Please find the pictures attached.

You can take any N-Channel mosfets from power supply circuits that fit the size on that battery. Remember to replace both of them

Locate the charger ic and share the topside mosfet markings.
