HP Compaq Presario CQ71 only black light, capslock blinking.

Hi all, I have HP Compaq Presario CQ71 that only lights up black light on the screen, capslock button blinking when pressed. Its motherboard is "da00p6mb6d0 rev d op67". what do you people suggest I do? I am also having hard time locating the BIOS chip because there are many chips that is similar to BIOS chip around the CMOS battery. Can anybody please provide me the BIOS file and the location of the BIOS chip?

well I just checked and U19 place is empty, there is a place for 8 legged chip yes but no chip there. Im looking forward to your or anyone else' reply.

The boardview ive got might not be the same as the board revision you have,that could explain why its empty, or the bios chip does go there and its missing ? What is the history of the board

Sorry i didn`t look for another chip,but you`re right its at U22. I couldn`t find the boardview on the site but found via a google search that you had it on your server http://servers.piernov.org/~piernov/BoardView/

when there are many chips around the CMOS battery, like in this motherboard, how can I identify the BIOS chip in the future?
