I'm super exhaust of trying to find what is going on.
Maybe I'll start from beginning.
When I power up the notebook the system led green and orange lights up.
It powers off then it powers up again but then second time the battery led goes away.
In win it say plugged it not charging. Other battery it say plugged in charging but no level to indicate. After 1 min it say no battery detected.
With first battery after the second start on pq207 on the left side pins 5-8 the voltage drops under 1 volt.(I have to resolder those 2 caps on top and check them tommorow).
Pu200 is isl6251
