I did. But isn't pin 83 of UE1 an input?
I didn't fully understand the connection from EC_ON_5V to +3VL_EC which you can see on the right. Unfortunately I can't find this resistor RE7.

Yes. It appears that this signal is hard activated through the RE7 pull-up resistor to +3VL_EC. So upon power up, this signal is parked to a logic '1' which will enable EC_ON_5V to be '1'.

I don't understand it right now...but... I measure on the PU201 at pin 5 (LDO) against ground 1.9 ohms.
The PU201 also gets hot. I just don't understand why I was able to measure 3V there last time. Shortly before I noticed that the PU201 was getting very hot, I was able to measure 5V on the PJ204, i.e. the missing +5VALW. However, only for a short time, then 0V.

The capacitor PC208 is located at PU201 pin 5
(4.7U_0603_6.3V). Unfortunately i tried to measure the capacitance with my multimeter ... OL appears.
The capacitor only has a resistance of the same 1.9 ohms like Pin 5 to Ground.

Is the defect more likely in the compensator or is the PU201 defective?

Flux and remove PC208. After this cap is removed, check if the resistance to ground of this power rail is higher than 1R9 ohms.

Perhaps neith PU201 not PC208 is defective and rather you've a shorted +5V LDO.

Remove both PC208*PU201 and check resistance to GND on +5v LDo again.(Dont put power with PU201 removed).

I unsoldered the PU201 and the PC208. Unfortunately the resistance is still 1.9 ohms to ground

I measured all pins on the UE1 that have 3VL. Pin 26 has 0.0 ohms to ground. At all other pins (50,92,114,121,106,127, ...) it is 2 ohms.
Is it correct that the UE1 (IT8996) is defective? In that case I give up because it needs to be programmed.

By the way: 5V LDO has several k-Ohms to ground

I tried some more here. I replaced the IT8996E with a programmed one.
                I have all voltages, so the 3.3V / 5V / 20V / 9V / ...
It also seems to start, it consumes 0.9 amps after starting and continuously.

Unfortunately there is no picture. The +LEDVDD (almost 10V) are there.
Unfortunately the +LCDVDD_CON that comes from U1 is missing.
3.3V arrives at pin 5. Unfortunately there is 0V on the EN pin.
The resistor R3 has 97kohms. No short to GND.
APU_ENVDD_R has direct contact with APU_ENVDD and that comes from the processor.

Is there anything else I can check there, or is my processor broken?

Maybe it helps: The Tab key & Power key lights up at startup.
