Dell 15 5566 RTC battery alternate connection

The RTC battery broke off and carried the pads with it. I tried soldering the battery to some points I found after scrapping the board with no joy.
Is there another area on the board where I can solder the battery maybe with jumper wires?

    Thanks

If that's the correct schematic then the +ve wire should go to R2502 - work out which end of it is connected to D2501 pin 3 and then connect to the other one. The -ve can go to any ground point.

Thanks for the reply. I did a bit more scrapping and found points on the board for the battery. I soldered jumper wires to the points and got the laptop to boot and retain the bios settings after a battery pull.
