Lenovo G50-70 power on but no display and fan not spinning

Hi everybody, I'm a beginner and I've got a Lenovo G50-70 with NM-A271 rev 1.0 mobo.
It powers on BUT:
* no display
* fan not spinning
* power led is on and battery led too (if inserted)
* no power consumption without battery, with battery 0.27A
* no shorted coil to ground
* +3VALW, +5VALW and +3VALW_PCH are present
* 3.3V on bios pin 1 is present
* 1.9V on PL302 coil
* I tried to flash bios with external programmer (CH341A) e nothing changed.
Any suggestions?
