What does the BIOS report when you attach the power adapter (and battery)?

Measure the voltage to ground of PL4 - used by the PSID signal from the power adapter. This 1-wire communiction line must be working to identify the power rating of the adapter.

On the charger IC (PU700), measure the voltage to ground of:

(remove the battery but connect the power adapter)

    ACOK ; pin 5
    ACDET ; pin 6
    VCC ; pin 20
    REGN ; pin 16

      THNKS MON2 FOR REPLAY
LAPTOP WORK GOOD WITH BATTRY ONLY AND GET DISPLAY
BUT WHEN I USE ADAPTOR NO CHARGING BATT AND WHEN REMOVE BATT NOT WORKING BY ADAPTOR
I CHANGED PU700 BUT I LL MEASURE AND REPAORT

Do you have a problem with your caps lock, you`re posting in UPPER CASE all of a sudden..

No problem. Yes, please carefully measure the requested voltages. The VCC pin is a critical one and is based on the dual diode. This part will power through power adapter OR battery - whichever voltage is higher. Sometimes, this part becomes defective and raises similar issues.

Will be the same issue as usual…

          thanks for all

          ACOK ; pin 5 = 6 v
          ACDET ; pin 6 = 2.5 v
          VCC ; pin 20 = 18 v
          REGN ; pin 16 =12 v

          i put measure here

Can you double check this measurement? It should be ~6 volts.

                Ok.

From post #2 - when you connect the battery AND the power adapter, the laptop boots so check the BIOS to confirm the power rating of the attached power adapter. If the power adapter rating is not correct, then the issue is with the PSID communication line which is the 1-wire interface to extract the details of the external power adapter. This line must work else the power adapter will not be detected and/or not be detected correctly and then battery charging will stop AND the CPU will be throttled (slow down).

Share the voltage to ground of:

                Charger IC PU700

                ACP ; pin 2
                ACN ; pin 1

                SRN ; pin 12
                SRP ; pin 13

                source (1-2-3)
                gate (4)
                drain (5-6-7-8)

                on PQ700 DCin mosfet.
