I had a similar problem on an Asus board and it was the CPU not working properly. It could be an internal problem or incorrect power supply. It doesn't mean that it is the case but perhaps the error lies there.

      Hello,

It could be a lot of things. First share us photos of your BSOD please. Tell us if it the same error code on Bsod, and tell us error codes or take photos…

      thanks!

After fresh install can you start Windows at least once Time before it crash?
Did you try another installation media 11/10, other version of Windows…

Try with minimum hardware just motherboard and charger, remove battery, wifi card, battery, keyboard, mouse screen (if This laptop can boot externally) use usb mouse/keyboard.
Reinstall and if it works, reinstall part one by one until it crashed.

                Remove ssd/hdd and run MemTest86-Self-booting USB-No O/S required.

pnp hang up. some chip must be stuck. try to disable everything not needed for run in bios - audio, LAN, wifi, ...

There is no fixed solution for BSOD issues.

Sometimes resoldering/replacing vcore ic along with mosfets solves it(specially on lenovo).

Sometimes reballing the cpu fixes it.

Onboard ram can be the culprit.

So there are multiple reasons for BSOD and in few cases i couldnt solve it even after following all the above steps.

If you have a bga rework station, try to reflow the SOC. Dont attempt to do so with hot air gun.

Hi, i am facing the same issue like you, cannot install fresh windows, i cannot do the mem test or hardware test it will BSOD and also i cannot update windows if installing update restart require it will BSOD, except play around in BIOS, im able to clicking anywhere i want inside bios menu without any BSOD error. What im going to do is, i have another laptop (Second laptop) and use it for the fresh installing windows and setup the Cpu software presure include schedule task to make sure windows auto start running + cpu presure and put SSD it back into the BSOD laptop then i use like normal, but my 1 core in task manager graph will full loaded 100%. I use gaming center to centralized the cpu utilization.

Hope this step can help you. I try to check the mosfet voltage BQ chip, but i am still (Failed) to get my mobo diagram.
