Toshiba L40 Boot problem

Hi

I have 2 Toshiba L40-15G with the exactly same problem.

It stucks on the Toshiba screen and don't boot.
If I'm fast I can go to BIOS and change settings, etc and it doesn't freeze, but they can't never pass the initial screen
I have reseted BIOS and nothing.
Does anyone have any idea?

try removing HDD and chek if same thing persist

Yes, the same problem.
I have changed RAM, DVD, Wlan card and does the same....
