HP G6 core i5 charging problem

Mobo: DA0R12
BIOS: F.04
this unit works good on battery. With charger inserted there's no light at charging port. Tried already replacing the charging pin assembly.
Infos:
PQ48 (85U03GH):
Pin 1=0v, 2=19.9vdc, 3=0.317v, 4=19.9v

+VH28 @PR104 = 30.13V

PU2:
Pin 13=12.46v, 14=2.28v, 16=16.5v, 17=30.12v, 18=15.1v, 20=19.9v

PQ17:
pin 1=0v, 2=0.581v, 3=1.712v

PQ18:
pin 1=0v, 2=1.631v, 3=1.6v

U22 = no voltages at all pins...

Help badly needed...

I've done that already.. PQ48 pin1=0 and pin3=0.317v... i compared with a good unit but with R13 version, pq48 pin1=28v and pin3=19v...

Is this problem might be related to bios problem even the unit is working with battery only?

Not the bios

to be sure that you have no short in the pcb , remove pq18 and check if you got 19v on pq48 pin3

if you got voltage without pq18 assume the problem must be between pq18 and pq17 (very rare)

normally when it working acin must be 3v ,pq17 behave like a short and acok# = 0v

pq18 then behave like an open circuit and you got vh28 (28v) on pq48 pin 1

could you please upload your bios file? we have same laptop. mine got no light on charging port yet voltages are ok. no short. might be bios problem. thanks

Removed pq18, PQ48 is now normal. when unit being switch on, light at charging port flickers only...

Replaced pq17 and pq18 with same result, no output at pq48...
