Acer Aspire One AOD756 not charging

Hello all, this unit does not charge. When insert adapter says connected but not charging. What i have done is flashed latest bios, i have atten aps3005s power supply and in standby it takes 0 amp load.Any suggestions please?

What is the voltage at the battery terminals,or just a duff battery

have MANY laptops with this bad IC. i think its the Achille's tow of many ddr3 laptops
