ISL 6264 problem. Laptop shutdown 1s less

Have a laptop with MB: Pomona 06244. It is Acer Aspire 5620. It shutdown at less then 1 seg. If I remove CPU it shutdown after 15 seg and I have time to check voltage and miss vcore. If I put CPU I checked again and I really miss Vcore. I tried another CPU and it is not CPU problem. ISL6264 is the core controller and I do have:
    VIN-19V
    VDD-5V
    PVCC-5V
VR_ON goes to 3.3V when I press power button but it jump down to 0V immediately. I removed r30 (resistor that separate VR_ON from ISL) VR_ON is maintained in 3.3V. So I discard it is VR_ON problem and should be some problem with controller or mosfets, or some caps, but I allready checked caps and mosfets and they are OK. I dont know what do check and what is next. Any idea please?

Sorry, it is travelmate 5520. I attached schematic.
I have checked for short on caps and near to the ISL and no shorts.
Also I see there are shorts on U5 and U6 Gate-Source. But this is not really a shorts. After 2,3 minutes no short there. I also replaced these 2 mosfets but the same. When I power up the laptop I check shorts there but after 2,3 minutes no short anymore. Mosfets are OK. Any idea?

No idea? Should I replace the ISL? Can I check something more?

Have you checked current consumption from dc jack?
