power jack 19v in
Dc in PL24 vin ok 19v schematics P 35
PL46 - 0V (3VALWP Absent)
Pl47-0V(5VALWP Absent )
PQ101 - leg 1- 0v leg 2-18v leg 3-0v

PQ 100A-100B -0V legs
I have a question here is PQ 100A-PQ 100B leg 6&3 gives the voltage to the PU1000 IC ?
what does mean VL ?

is their a short ? power button should get only 3.3V?

VL = VREG5 = 5V Linear Regulator Output.VREG5 is also the supply voltage for the low-side MOSFET driver and analog supply voltage for the device.

Pin 16 of rt8205 = 19 v ?
Consider changing the chip , prior check his power mosfets

Pin 5/6/7/8 =0V
in this MB no PQ51 Mosfets
PR351 =0V normally it should be 18V isn't it?
PU17 charging IC
Pin 24 (DCIN)=18.93V

is the power Mosfets fault?

As we know, PQ52 goes into the ON state When On His gate there are 19V.
If on the pin 4 (gate) and on the pin 123 (source) of PQ52 there are 19V on pins 5678 (drain) there should be 19V. If this voltage is not present, the causes can be:
PQ52 does not work or there is a short circuit on the line B +.
Measure resistance on PR351 respect GND and if is ok check PQ52 with tester in diode mode. I think there isn't any problem about components that drive PQ52 with ACOFF because on B+ there isn't any voltage but on PQ52, pin 4 there are 19 V.
On pin 24 there are 19 V because it is directly connected to adapter.
