this is just bunch of small inductors or common mode chokes used as filter on lan data lines... This also provides some sort of RF protection for lan port...

It looks very similar/identical to that on a Dell I have. It's marked NS692417 on top.

I've just located the schematic. It's a TLA 7T231HF-T
Pulse transformer.
