Please someone help... I am trying to find this part but I am unsure of what it is actually called. Is this a power inductor?? Please see photo, I have circled what I need as mine is FRIED... Could someone please direct me. Thanks in advance!

It's a tantalum capacitor.

15uF 25V tantalum capacitor
if it is shorted, there may be another reason, check mosfets for short, BQ735 and the 2 small caps south to the mosfets on your picture. one is 1UF between the 2 mosfets and the other to AC_SYS is a 22pF. mosftly these are the parts i have to change when AC_SYS gets shorted.

funny thing is that i had that same laptop and same model g750jy and exactly same capacitor was dead.
