flashing MX25L3205D with minipro tl866a programmer error

hi i get a write error when trying to program/flash a MX25L3205D chip ,with minipro programmer

it is supported by the TL866 minipro programmer. i can read succesfully , but get a write error. anyone can help?

erase it first - including any sector-locks

Chip likely bad. Replace it with another 4mb chip.
