Acer Z5wah La-B161 P Rev 1.0 No power

Hy all friends I have Acer z5wah La-b161 P Rev 1.0, its have 3 volt and 5 volt,no voltage on other coil even when i press power switch. when i press power switch its power led have on 5 second then its off, no ampere are show in my bench power supply,

I have Flashed bios but same condition....

I attach schematics..........

Give me some solution,,,,,, Thank in advance ...........

Hi, what 3 and 5 volts do you have? Are +3VS and +5VS present? Otherwise, check the U11 chip for the inputs.
