Asus x555l battery charge issue

Hi All,
The laptop show all led but no display, after a bios reprogramming (only one dump of five work fine) now the system work fine but the battery don't charge and windows 10 don't recognize it. In this system the battery is very important because there isn't a rtc bat on the board. I have tried with other battery, but the resul it's the same also after I change the charger chip.
On the bat connector the LDO_V3.3 is missing , this signal come from pch inside cpu.
Any idea ? I tried to reprogramm ite it 8995e but with vertyanov this operation fail due (I think) to a bug inside programmer ver 2. I think in the asus board this operation is automatic from main bios ?

check components on the charging circuit until you find a clue. how much voltage is at pin1 of the battery connector with and without battery?

thank you for the answer, the solution was simple, I had not seen that the technician who had tried the first repair with no luck, had soldered a non-functioning mosfet, which did not allow to send the voltage to the charging circuit.
