da0zqhmb6c0 acer 4739 not turning on with battery

need help please for troubleshooting
acer 4739 with board type da0zqhmb6c0 rev c
condition:
- not charging ( as if battery not detected tested with dc power supply low amperage )
- normal turning on with adaptors but won't turn on with battery ( only )
- connected both battery & adaptors turning on no problem after its on, disconnect adaptor the motherboard still running on with the battery power

attach the measurements around ic charging section

Battery only, Check all VIN voltages that connect to any part especially resistor. e.g PR225, PR239.

Make sure all have right value resistance.
But I suspect PR225 or SYS_SHDN# signal was leakage.

you checked discharge fet?? Might be open. Your measurements are with AC Adapter only or what??

Make sure all have right value resistance.
But I suspect PR225 or SYS_SHDN# signal was leakage.

all vin voltages that connect to any regulator is ok
pr225 input voltage normal
as for sys_shdn# which is en pin for 3/5 alw is normal too

note: with battery only, 3/5alw is present, but when I trigger the power button, #dnbswon doesn't response at all

the measurements based on battery only

remove PQ32 ang try running with batterai only. if it's ok replace PQ32 than PQ28

3/5v alw present with battery only my friend,
which means the vin is present

On my LOG of SERVISE only had 2 cases:
1. That's related with tonsel on block regulator of DDR. PR225 was change value, on input side correct voltage battery, but on next side no voltage, actually found on ZE7 board. (PR120)
2. SYS_SHDN# issue.
This possibly far from what i expected, found on ZQZ board which have different ic of charger.

Keep watch your thread, maybe someone will help you.

hello My Acer 4739 Laptop Power On suddenly Power On Led Only Biliking All Voltage Ok.Power Ic And Bios Change But Stilll problem.Any help
