ACER D270 cannot power on

    ACER D270 cannot power on

    I have acer one d270 , the problem is cannot power on, all voltages present, there is 3.3v on power button , on grey coil near to pu3 ther 3.3v and 5v and also bios chip pins have 3.3v.already tried flashing the bios still the same issue pressing power button nothing happens, anyone please help on this please

    Check pin 74,75&31 of U10 SIO IC

          now check U10
          pin 19 VCC1 3.3V
          pin 102 AVCC 3.3V
          PIN 31 RTCRST 3.3 V
          PIN 26 S5_ON

          PU3
          Pin 23 SYS_HWPG 3.3V

            U10 pin 19 VCC1=3.3V
            PIN 102=3.3V
            pin 31 =0v
            pin 26=0v

            PU3
            PIN23=3.3V


            and now i check again on power button switch 3.3v is missing

                go to page 13 Schematc
                and test D16 both side D15 both side 3.3V
                R513 both side 3.3V
                this supply goes to SIO pin 31 it must reach their if not set Dead

                    It should be near the RTC Battrey RN5 RTC socket

                      thanks techtiger, I found the D15= one side have 3.3v the other side 0v. the D16 both side have 3.3v. but the R513 i cannot find it on the board

                        test page 13 schematic can Measuring clock and oscillator frequency 32.768Khz ?

                            on pin 31 of sio red probe to ground and black to pin 31 =0.752 and on D15 red probe to ground and black to pins on the side with 3.3v measure 0.457 and on the no voltage side measured 2.10ohms

                              remove the D15 and test out of the Mob did you Measuring clock and oscillator frequency 32.768Khz ?

                                I removed D15 and check the side the same issue on other side has 3.3v and other side has 0.5v. i dont have oscilloscope

                                    Romy you should buy a multimeter with frequency counter you have to get cleared VCCRTC TO RTCRST#
