    HP Elitebook Caps Lock Blink one time

    HP elitebook 480 G3 Blink 1 time .... Cpu Failure ... changed CPU Controller still same problem, Vcore REsistance after raising pin coils is 5 Ohm,and Diode mode 0.003 constant result even when reversing probe prolarity on Vcore CPU ... and OL on Controller side
    is this a measurements of Dead CPU ?

      I was unable to analyze components, but it could be the same issue as the 2009 Athlon II HP CQ61.
