Asus E402BP rev 2.0

Not charging, charging led goes on and off in 1 second rate.
If battery has some charge (charged externaly) it powers on with windows stating it the charger is connected and disconnected on and off in same second rate.
Without battery it dont powers on +19V jumps on and off.
No shorts detected.
Charging IC is BQ24780S.
No schematic or boardview present.

Nothing strange found, I shall replace BQ24780S

Problem solved, BQ24780S replaced.
