    how to remove unscrewable screw?

Ok guys, the laptop is Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro.
It had hinge problems so guy repaired it,and we change the back cover becase the top left part was broken.
But back then the repair guy on local service (whom I don't talk now) did some weird thing.
Dunno if he glued the screw onto the chasis but I can not unscrew this screw no matter how much torque I apply.
    So what to do now?
The back is from plastic and it can be easily broken.

with the appropriate diameter drill, you can break the screw head. then you can remove the remaining body with pliers. good work.
I'm not happy to be so strong. because it's not humanly

Yeah but I can break thje hole where screw goes too, right?
You mean just to drill the top/head of the screw?
That would be tricky since I don't know how long to drill.

you could try warming it with your soldering iron but not enough to melt plastic .just to soften the glue .

According to the service manual the screw is M2 x 5mm

          https://cdn.badcaps-static.com/pdfs/...a86552fd0f.pdf

Use a 2mm bit and drill the center of the screw head until it falls off.
Then once you have the bottom cover off you remove the remaining screw shaft. (maybe use side cutters, but don't squeeze too hard)

Another way: cut a slot in the screw head with a Dremel, then use a slotted screwdriver. (I once screwed myself by putting Loctite red on the hinge screw. Used Dremel 9909 bit)

Yeah just to get 2 mm bit and drill special for such small bits.

                Problem

This is an LG edge LED lit LCD Display. The LEDs are on the bottom edge of the display. There are 2 bars (left and right) Each bar has many LEDs and a 6 pin connector. Each pin drive several LEDs thus is the highest current flow / heat junction. The weak lead free solder gradually fails with thermal expansion/contraction cycling and increases resistance. PSU will compensate up to a point, then when the current is too high, PSU just shut down the backlight causing a dark display. I have even seen one which the connector just fell off as solder points became completely detached....

Hantek 365 Remove screen on startup
                by Maxpower3
every time I open the tool, I have the screen that appears
and I am always in a hurry to use it so I click and it automatically sends me a link to the manufacturer.

                It annoys me lol.

                2 solutions to remove it.

Either you remove pic.bmp and it no longer appears so no more links when clicking.

or else you can modify the exe to remove the .bmp

Mounting and Handling Guidelines for TO220 TO220F TO247 Cases / Packages

The TO220, TO220F and TO247 are the popular packages for power devices because of their versatility and ability to dissipate moderate amounts of heat. This application note describes the basic guidelines for handling power MOSFETs in TO220, TO220 and TO247 packages shown in Figure 1. Please note that only mechanical and soldering guidelines are covered here. Additional precautions are required for isolating high voltage rated devices to meet safety regulations.

How do I remove the chip from the board
                by gusto
I am new to hot air soldering. I need to remove one chip from the board. I have a hot air solder and I set the temperature to 350°C. I slowly started heating the chip, but the solder didn't melt. I heated it for about 5 minutes, but the solder still wouldn't melt. I increased the temperature to 450˚C and still nothing. After a while, the board started to change color, but the solder still didn't melt.
Fortunately, I'm testing it on old network switches to see how it works.
                What am I doing wrong?
I've seen a lot of videos on youtube and everyone got the solder melted and the...
