lenovo s410p no display

i have here a lenovo s410p the problem is the unit power on but nothing display on screen nothing even a shadow but there is a display using external display
upon diagnosing i found out that there is no 3.3v on lvds connected to u5201 but there is a 3.3v on the other side of u5201

also i dont have a schematic pls help

already checked the lid switch . 3.3v is ok on input and ouput

U5201 marking is not visible on the photo. can you tell us the marking on it?? Maybe datasheet is available for this component. PIN3 you are not getting any voltage-what is the resistance to gnd on this pin??
