Asus x507ubr no power

Pls help me here i have a asus x507ubr no 5v present 3v is only present in pwr_sw i checked no 5vao what is the problem? The doesnt power on no led light showing no response on psu even presing power button

if I understood that correctly then there should be a short circuit on the 5V rail
if the LED on the power supply does not light up or goes into the protection circuit is probably in the 19.5v rail a short circuit
without measuring this is difficult to agree

I am using bench power supply only gives me 19v 0amp even presing power switch it doesnt give me any response on amp. On the picture i uploaded it doesnt give a 5vao states in boardview and i checked it not short to grnd can u please help me locate the problem only boardview is available on web
