acer aspire 3 a315-41 auto restart

issue: auto suddenly on off when press power key and no display.

tried change bios bin but still it on and off repeatedly with no display. cant find the thermal sensor at the schematic and on the board.

can some one help?

Messure resistance from all coils to ground if same shorted

Here is my reading resistance mode. Red probe to coils and black probe to ground. Is the driver ic of cpu shorted? Or the cpu itself?

Resistance is all good.What is the power consumption on your dc supply when it's turned on?? Was the bios flashed was known good with clean me?? No corrossion or liquid spill??

There is no liquid spill or corrosion sir. I flashed twice the bios chip that I got from other forum but still turn on and off and on and off and so on.
Power consumption standby mode is .0002 and when power button is triggered then it is around 0.6360A then goes to 0.0074A then goes back to around 0.6340A again like its looping turning on and off with no display.

ram is soldered onboard or is there a slot?? If it is onboard,then try disabling it.

What do you mean by without ram sir??

I asked you to give us consumption on your dc supply under two scenarios:

01.Mb turned on with ram stick
02.Mb turned on without ram stick.

By observing the consumption, we can tell you whether system is reading ram or not.

Sorry I know that this is an older 3d but I had a similar problem with an Acer Aspire 3 A315-41-R8TH with DH5JV LA-G021P REV 1.0
Before it turns on with fan full speed and black screen automatically when I plug the battery charger now it do not tourn on anymore.
