Asus E402N Keyboard doesn’t work even when I connect the external keyboard

Hello guys

Kindly assist, I have an Asus model E402N Laptop, works fine, but the keyboard doesn't work at all, internal keyboard doesn't work and the external keyboard doesn't work.

It my first time seeing this issue please assist on what to check I'm very lost

Internal keyboard should be USB HID model style on Asus.
