1st boot, press F2, write service tag, disable Absolute, save (Apply Changes), restart. 2nd boot press Alt+F to exit manufacturing mode.
worked perfectly! but after formatting the machine it requires me to connect to the internet, even though I use the technique to go through the CMD. Will a clear ME solve this?

use install USB stick made with last version Rufus and check boxes as in images from official site.

Thanks for the feedback, I even had done that before, but it doesn't work. The machine always asks to connect to the internet, does it have any MDM settings?

read unlocked bios and post dump here. I am using an older image of win 11 and had no problems with laptops I installed win, I always have "I don't have internet" option.

Thanks again for the feedback! I managed to solve it as follows.
I connected to the wifi and on the login page, typed the address test@test.com and any password and pressed enter. Then a message appeared "Oops, something went wrong". I clicked Next. Then, a local user screen appeared, and I wrote the username and left it without password, and that was it.
