hello, can someone help me to clean the ME Region? It turns on but turns off after seconds and sometimes if it turns on when I disconnect the battery for a while, all voltages are fine. Thank you

Hello guys!
can someone help to repair or to make a good bios file for my xps 13 9365 2-in-1,
the laptop turns on and the keyboard lights up for 2-3 seconds, then turn off again,
I already tried 2 bios and flashed them but I am still having the same problem, I read that it needs the bios to be specific for my device and to has the service tag inside of it to work, I hope someone can help to flash the right bios

The customer said it went off while updating bios. so i guess it is the BIOS Region that is bad. not the ME Region, Because I have tried cleaning the ME region but its not coming on still.
