NeoProgrammer software version 2.2.0.10 supports the XM25QH256B chip. The 3.3V voltage mod might help as well if you have the ch341a Black PCB version

Here`s a quote from the post in the first link i posted, which i don`t think you read

        " i have XMC 25RH256CX ic 3.3v , i have done dumps using XM25QW256C [3.3V] , W25Q256BV [3.3V] and MX25L25635E [3.3V] , all files compared and they are same. "

He had the same 25Rh256cxiq chip as you,and he solved it by selecting the XM25QH256B chip and doing the voltage mod. When a bios chip is not supported by your programmer you can choose another chip thats the same size and voltage , with some programmers, the TL866II for example, you would have to untick the setiing for check-ID ,as you`re tring to read a chip with a different ID ,and also untick the verify setting. There is no programmer that supports every single chip ever made.

I am in similar situation, I have the tl866a programmeert and I need to program winbond 25r256jven chip, should I just select any 256 and uncheck check ID box? Will it be no problem for the laptop?
