Dell LATITUDE 3500 bios repair

Hello my friends
the lap come with not power on , no short to gnd , no corrision
i try repair / clean me
: lap power on , fan full speed for less 1 minute than off...no restart
i must power on again from power button to make same behaviour

at the time of power on all voltages are present

out of idea !!

i try many version and many different me region

@hardware your dump didn't work , just one time with consumption reach 0.60 amp with full fan for a second than nothing.

@miansh your dump make consumption at 0.25 amp for 10 seconds than off than restart with same behaviour of consumption , no fan...if i unplug charger and plug it no power on , just a amber light when pressing power button

Hello ,can anyone check my bios?

When i press the power, fan goes full speed, power button lights up , and caps lock light is on, the screen polarises,no backlight,no pciture,just frozen liek that...All voltages present, except PL4701, but that's probably for GPU power later....

I've tried a few dumps from posts, it always acts the same
