Hello.
I have a cheap, no-name windows tablet in hand.
It was working until I got into the secure boot options.
Now, it turns on but won't boot; no picture, just backlight.
I can't get into the BIOS. I think it freezes right after it is turned on.

I attached the original dump.

some tablets have a way to get into the bios settings or a menu. Try pressing volume up or down,or both together and holding it while pressing the start button

Try this file, it could works.

cleaning the TXE won`t help , it would need the NVRAM clearing or invalidating if he can`t get into the bios settings

I'm not sure about the brand/model. I think it's Dexp Ursus Z210.

I just got a BIOS dump from an identical working mainboard, but it didn't work. Could someone clear the ME region? Thank you.
