Dell precision 3541 damaged BIOS

Hi, i bought one Dell precision 3541 that came with a password lock, i found one bios BIN file online that didn't work and now the laptop won't show video. I'm not a expert in BIOS, but this one is kind of weird, i attached a picture, it is 25b1270sig, i think i might not read or write it correctly as it is not one standard winbond chip. Can someone please help me what should i do now to revive my laptop? before i flash the new file i read one file that i am also uploading here if that helps.
I'm very confused as the chip seems to be 16gb, but the read file i have is 8mb, and some of the BINS i find online are 32mb....
