I solved the problem by program the files that I attach below. It was necessary to update the DMI in BIOS and the endpoint disappears for good. I would like to thank the colleague above for their willingness to help.

The file can only be flashed back using an SPI bios programmer.

I tried to flash the bios from another laptop and got Endpoint Security Controller problem reported on Boot Screen. Please help with fixed Bios. Original bios backup attached.

Fix endpoint with a hex editor and UEFITool or with a script.

I programmed both bios by writing the files here (840 g6.rar) . System is booting in Manufacturing Program Mode ...31
After entering the necessary information into the BIOS, I could not exit this mode.
At the next opening System is booting in Manufacturing Program Mode ...30 counting backwards.
What should I do to exit mpm mode?

I solved it like this :
Install windows 10 and download HP BIOS config utility, navigate to the install folder via command prompt, run this:
                                BiosConfigUtility64.exe /setvalue:"Manufacturing Programming Mode","Lock" /verbose
