dell latitude 3410 does not save service tag after reflash bios

Hello everyone!

I am new to the forum, and could use some help.
I reflash the BIOS of a Dell Latitude 3410 16MB + 8MB with a CLEAR ME bin.
After that the notebook starts in manufactiring mode and does not save the Service Tag in the BIOS.
If I can HEX edit the BIOS and reflash the BIOS again I would like to be taught.

When first screen is displayed, there is message to disable manufacturing mode. Is'nt it there. Anyway, press ALT+X together the moment you see dell logo-thats'll disable manufacturing mode and then you should be able to save service tag in bios.

The laptop prompts me to press Alt+F to disable manufacturing mode, but I press it and still the Service Tag doesn't save in the BIOS.

After I write it and apply the changes in the BIOS it disappears.

Press ALT+F and then reboot again. Do you still get manufacturing mode message?

When I flash the original bios it takes a while to turn on, it stays on the Dell screen for a long time
