Asus ux482e bios?

Hi guys, laptop turns on by itself as soon as the power cable is connected and there is no post or fan spin. Can not turn it off with the power key. Can anyone look at its bios attached please?
motherboard UX482EGR R3.0
I haven't tried the one from asus support page as its 19mb in size and dont know how to make it *bin

Hi Lisa,
Laptop doesn't work anymore...
I had to wait for customer to provide the BitLocker key as I couldnt test the laptop and after 3 or 4 boots to bitlocker screen the laptop died again and it behaves the same way as it was at the beginning.
Flashed chip again with the one you provided and still nothing...

not sure what to do now

It didn't work for me so I'm not sure if it's my motherboard or if it still needs the right bios bin. I reflashed my old bios and all I get is a white light or sometimes white and orange.

The bios you need is the same as you have on the QR code sticker at post #9 UX482EA .The bios at post #10 is an F1 Asus service bios,you can`t get any better than that.Possibly an EC or hardware problem,don`t know
