I have a 440 g9 with this information that does not boot at all. The charging light is always blinking orange.
                      The information is this
                      :
                      SN: 5CD23478MV
                      PRODID: 6F218EA#ABE
                      MAIN BOARD: DAX8SFMB8B1 REV:B X8SG

I think the EC Bios is corrupt because I can't read it with a chip reader. I was able to read the main bios. Can somebody confirm me if the main bios is OK? Can I flash a EC Bios from this post?

                      Regards,

I've just flashed the 2 EC Bios found in this post, but the charging light is still always blinking orange colour. Any idea of what's happening?

There are two bios versions for this model: U72/U85.
                            You must choose U85.

i've purchased a new programmer. flashed the EC bios and now to CAPS LOCK flashes 7 times... It still seems a BIOS problem... is there any way to know if the forum BIOS are compatible with my hardware?
