        No way. Start over, be more careful, make sure you've programed the chip properly, use verification, before soldering read the chip and compare the content. Make sure you've soldered the chip correctly, check surrounding area for blown/moved components.

          When I program the basic file, the device returns to work, but when I program the file that you sent me, the device does not work

                        Post a backup bios, do not use another device's bios file arbitrarily.
