HP VICTUS 16-E0403NW DAG3MQMBAE0 rev. E problem with TPM

Hi! I have problem with HP VICTUS 16-E0403NW laptop, board designation: DAG3MQMBAE0 rev. E. When the laptop came to me, it did not turn on, after reprogramming the BIOS, the laptop turns on now, but there is a problem with the TPM (photo in attachments).
After pressing the button: 'Y' - the laptop ?resets? there is a slight backlight, the diode from the switch lights up and then laptop turns off, the situation repeats all the time
Reprogramming the bios with a new batch and pressing the button: 'N' -laptop returns to this window all the time. How to solve this problem? First time something like this happened to me.
    Greetings

Ok, I'm sorry. I thought it is maybe problem with TPM component on motherboard.
      SN: 5CD201CTCP

I attached both bioses: 'NEW' is a file I used and now turns on but with TPM's problem.
'copy old' is a original dump.
