Hi., I purchase two ACER ChromeBook C733-C5AS from eBay. Upon turning on I see both are affiliated with school's name, & it's asking for the gmail email & the password, Ofcourse this info I do not have. I have attached the original Locked BIOS Bin file. Is this info written in the BIN files or on the SSD chip??? I use the Bin file from post #12 but did not work. Then I downloaded a fresh BIN file from another site & it worked fine & did do a full factory restore. But the lock condition is the same, No change, asking for email & password. I can try again if the Original BIOS is unlocked. I am assuming this info is written on the SSD chip which cannot be erased, similar to iCloud. Can some put some light on this kind of error. Thanks in advance.

Re: ACER ChromeBook C733-C5AS
@volinakis I checked the 8 pins carefully & infact this is the 5th time I am soldering the chip. The contact are 100% good, trust me & I even used a iron to solder on the pins. Since this did not work I used the BIN on post #6. Boom all worked fine, but the error still exists. Do you think this BOM info is on the 32GB SSD? what you think? other than this error Laptop is working fine.

Re: ACER ChromeBook C733-C5AS
Hi @volinakis, the Bin file which send me is working too, accidentally without knowing I programmed the bin file on a 3.3v BIOS chip whereas this had to be programmed on a 1.8V chip. All works fine but the "Enterprise Enrolment" error message is still there. Might have to replace the SSD chip. Thank you guys for all your help.
