just flashed it and still locked. by chance is this the same file i sent? the file name is the same. not sure if you uploaded the wrong file

try this one and after writing new bios reinstall using USB stick made for your model with Chromebook Recovery Utility if resetting doesn't work.

have tried all the above bios bin posted on this thread the chromebook is not booting so i need help if any reader and expert on this forum to help clean this backup have made for my machine

you have to provide serial, machine type and motherboard ID, as in rules of this forum. of course another bios from other laptop will not work on yours.

the above file is the backup from the machine am trying to unerollment and make it usb flashable if its possible

the model is dell 3100 with motherboard edb10 la-g851p rev:1 0(A00) and model no fleex d7c-b3d=c5v-p2i-j4m-b84

am back have written bios file using chrome reovery utility to the flash usb disk now am getting this error the device inserted does not contain chrome OS. how do to i write bios file to the usb flash disk using this chrome recovery utility in order for the chromebok to recognise it

i have a dell 3100 2in1 with enrollment. electronics is a hobby i have picked up mainly game consoles. but my question is to unenroll the dell i need to dump thye bios and someone here can flash it then i flash it with a brogrammer. like the ez229 / which is not an issue but it takes so long to order one. shipping. is there another way? im sure a uart to usb wouldnt work thank you for your time
