Dell precision 3561 bios help!!!

When i turn on, it display logo dell and power off. I Try a new bios it not detect SDD, Please help me!!!

According to your configuration RAID is disabled.You could be getting the error when you try another bios because that config has RAID enabled. Its always best to try and fix the original bios,or at least check that a different bios has exactly the same spec/configuration.

Can you suggest some tool to config bios, i have hdx, UEFI tool or csme and I feel difficult to rebuild
