HP Pavillon Laptop 14-ce3031nf Bios Help

Hello Everyone,

Hoping someone can help me.

HP Pavillon Laptop 14-ce3031nf
Product: 1F7H0EA#ABF
Serial: 5CD022HQJD
Model : G7AL-2G DAG7ALMB8C0 rev: C

Before flashing the bios. Laptop has power and turns on but no display , No CAPS lock but fans spin for 1-2 seconds. with a consumption of 0.8A. All the tension was present.

Since the flash the laptop only consumes 0.05A and I no longer have SUSON and MAINON has 3.3v output from the ITE chip.
