            Appreciate your prompt help!
Sorry could not check it earlier. I have programmed the chip with your file - no change, unfortunately. Supposedly, CPU is dead, as behavior is the same - all main powers rise for several seconds, fan spins then all goes off. No shorts on the board. Any idea if you had same situation?

The bios I gave is the original HP bios, if it doesn't work then you have a hardware problem.
