hello friends,
i have a samsung laptop that restarts in windows with no reason (almost every 5 min)
i wanted to flash the bios but there is nowhere to download the update file (apparently samsung doesnt provide bios update for users)
i wanted to clear me but its 16.0 version and i couldnt find the proper repository
please help me if someone can clear my original dump

my dear friend volinakis , in the pictures you attached file system state is configured and thats great
But there is no image.bin file to download
One other thing: would you please guide me where can i download 16 version repository and proper tool?

Vesko356 pointed you to download file. I took ME FW and FIT from winraid forum, you have to dig a little, I saved and made a database with almost all i found there. also, in same cases, you can find ME firmware in drivers for your model. I attached the files used to clean ME for your model.

problem solved
no more restarts
i tried to do it myself with file and tool you attached
i loaded my read file and choosed the me file you attached and then build the image
but my result is different with yours in hex editor
do i miss something?

the restart problem solved but the device is hanging every 30 minutes
please help me sir
two times it hanged around 30 min and this time about after 9 mins
i flashed the file i created with your tool and booted to os
symptom: keyboard and trackpad not working
system doesnt shut down when you shut it down in windows
i flashed the original dump again and hanging in random time is still happennig but no restart
this laptop is driving me crazy
im afraid of its not a bios issue
