XMG Neo 15 E22 Bios Password

Admin password in BIOS needs to be cleared.

Since XMG uses an AMI Bios I tried the AMITSE Method, but it didn't work out or I am too stupid

So could please someone help me out with this and tell me or clear the Password?

    Thanks in advance!

You should use a programmer to extract the bios, not software.

What did i do wrong? Chip is a Winbond W25Q16JW and I used the 1,8V adapter.

How can i read it out correctly? Or can i just "reflash" with the firmware provided by XMG? https://download.schenker-tech.de/pa...-15-xne15ie22/

EDIT: now i cannot boot anymore fans are running for approx. 15 sec and then swith off, despite the notebook gets really warm nothing happens, display stays black 😢 how can that be? i did just read the chip

You misread the chip. Choose the chip with the number 128 in the chip name. Example: W25Q128JW
