Hi everyone, let me start by saying that I'm new and I don't know if this is the correct section in which to write the post. I have a lenovo V330-14IKB notebook with 4GB of built-in ram that doesn't work. Is there a way via bios to disable the integrated RAM memory and use only the external slot?
