HP OMEN BIOS

hello,
I have an HP OMEN laptop which hangs on logo.
if I reset the CRT battery I get a message says the bios is reset and needs to restart. then after restart it hangs again.
also if I press windows+B I get a message says no bios update was found or something like that and a restart will hang again.
i have this dump for my laoptop if someone can help and reset the ME for me please.

Same problem.
power on ok, but hangs on OMEN logo. does not boot and cannot enter bios options F10.
any suggestions?

If you want to try some older bios versions you can but it seems like a hardware issue.
