This is constantly not writing correctly? I even replaced the chip and used a different programming tool? Any ideas?

Please I don't know or understand how to use any of the guides or tools like RCUnlocker ..
which gives me "MISSING UNLOCKABLE CONTENT" when i drag and drop the 68IBD.BIN file

I required help to reset / remove the BIOS pass word on my old HP EliteBook 9470m laptop
Laptop - serial : CNU32990FJ --- Motherboard part number: 702849-601 ( i think)

It's has been years since I have needed to enter the BIOS but I need to change the settings so my newer RAM can run at 1600 mhz instead of 800 mhz.
I have already tried the method of removing the CMOS battery etc or getting the laptop serial number in windows and then going to the (bios- pw. org) website to get the reset code but this code doesn't work for me.
My bios is on a BIOS chip and needs a physical EEPROM reader or a BIOS BIN file reader program. I do not have the technical skills to remove the bios chip/read it/flash it/re install it or the program to read the BIOS BIN file.
I know there is a way you can ask HP to send you an "SMC. bin" file from HP which you can use on an USB and boot from BUT they are impossible to reach, deal with and explain that you need that tool/file to do it yourself.
SO
If upload/send my current BIOS "file. BIN" ... can someone to check with their BIOS reader and let me know the pass word? Please can anyone help?
