Hello,

Kindly please help in repair BIOS 64bit. 32bit file is checked and proper one.
I already tried clean ME but not worked. It just turn on withour 3 restarts.
On other bios with clean ME it starts, so the only issue is BIOS.

sticker with service tag is damaged, it is not visible.
on other bios i check there is i5-4300U.
recovery of ST will be an aditional advantage.
seems no CD-KEY for Windows.

The service tag in the bios you posted is GJK6TZ1 .It should match with the service tag number on the base sticker

Hi all,
I have a Dell e7240 with a motherboard from ebay. When is booting I am getting "FW status recovery Error" but that's not an issue.
From time to time, Laptop is freezing while booting and that's annoying .
I've tried to downgrade/upgrading the Bios, but still same symptoms. While upgrading/downgrading Bios version, I could see some messages, which indicates laptop would not being able to properly upgrade "ME firmware end-up ..."

I've tried to read the Bios from the two chips but not sure what to select from the manufacture list for 25q064A 25q03513 . I am using T48 Programmer and doesn't have the auto-detect option, and with CH341 with auto-detect option was showing XMC as a manufacture.

Please advise what is the manufacture options for 25q064A 25q03513 IC, and a piece of advice if writing a new BIOS on those will fix the issues ( "FW status recovery Error" and freezing screen )

I was able to identify the chips on the motherboard but my question was what to choose when I am selecting the IC inside the programmer (TL48 ) for 25q064A and 25q03213.
CH341 with auto-detect option was showing XMC as a manufacture for 25q03213.
